Brian was great. My home selling process spanned more than seven months. And Brian was there every step of the way, whether it was suggesting ways to get the house ready for market, being available long after the house went under contract, or at the end with tying things up. We listed and went under contract in less than 48 hours and I’m sure that was due in large part to Brian. I highly recommend Brian if you’re selling your home.

Brian did an excellent job marketing and selling our parents home. He knew the realtors and potential buyers interested in our market and got us to the finish line. Through-out the whole process he demonstrated his expertise in his field and we were very fortunate to have him as our listing agent! We would certainly hire Brian again and highly recommend him for any future real estate transactions.

If anyone is looking for an excellent realtor Brian Bischoff is your man! He is one of the most knowledgeable people in the real estate market. He sold my mom’s house after she passed. He is very diligent and keeps you well informed on any progress selling your house. I would highly recommend Brian for any of your selling or buying needs. Top notch!!
